Text Box: Summary: Seattle Citizens Against the Tunnel is looking to enlist energetic and motivated signature gathers for the I-101 Stop the Tunnel initiative. Position is open now. The I-101 initiative would make it illegal for the City of Seattle to construct a tunnel to replace the Alaskan Way Viaduct. Responsibilities: Gathering signatures to qualify the initiative for the ballot. Applicants must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with the public. There will be no fundraising involved. Signatures may only be gathered from registered Seattle voters. Pay: $10.00 per hour plus $1.25 per signature for each signature gotten above 8 signatures per hour threshold.  You will be paid at 3:00 pm every Friday. Pay Example - individual is to be paid $10.00 per hour; if they gather 0 to 8 signatures they are paid $10.00 per hour; However, if a person gets 9 signatures in an hour, they will be compensated at the rate of $10.00 per hour plus $1.25 for the signature that is in excess of 8 signatures per hour; and so on - $10.00 + $2.50 (2 signatures over 8), $10 + $3.75 (3 signatures over 8), etc.  Please note also: Gatherers who have a less than 80% rate of “good
