On September 14, 2009 SCAT filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court Western Washington challenging the sufficiency of the environmental review of this project by the Federal Highway Administration and Washington State Department of Transportation, along with challenging their separating this part of the Viaduct from the rest of the Viaduct project |
